We offer individual and small group personal training sessions. 

All personal training is individually tailored to your needs and goals.

​

I have use of a gym (included) in Harrogate or can train at yours or a local park.

​

​

The basics include a Free initial meeting.

Individual Training Programmes start at £5.00.

Travel will incur a small charge.

1-2-1 Exercise Sessions

£40 per session / 6 week Block £225 / 12 week block £440

Whatever your goals or aims whether you want a one off session to work on your exercise form or get some ideas for speed training to on going support and motivation in your training, I can help!

Included Training plan of what we have done. A progressive and targeted training plan personalised to your needs. Also attend any of my weekly group training sessions for free (excludes courses).

Private Group Exercise Sessions

6 week block £300 / 10 week block £450

​

The group should all be training for a similar outcome and for up to 6 people to be booked for a 6 or 10 week block.

​

With this package I supply a weekly training schedule for the group.  Great if you are training for an event such as the 3 peaks or have a group of you rehabbing from an injury to setting up a Parkinsons group or couch to 5k group, we can help. Also attend any of my weekly group training sessions for free (excludes courses).

Corrective Exercise and Mobility Sessions

£40 per session / 6 week Block £225 / 12 week block £440

If you have an injury or movement problem - we will find a way to help you. Starts with a posture and movement assessment and work through an exercise programme designed for you to help ease those niggles that are stopping you reaching your potential. Also attend any of my weekly group training sessions for free (excludes courses).

12 Week Nutrition and Lifestyle Course 

£480

​

Its recognised that it takes us around 12 weeks for a new habit to form. We will work through a 12 week programme to address nutrition, diet planning, exercise, basic mental health and sleep. Implementing ways to create simple and lasting changes to your life. Also attend any of my weekly group training sessions for free (excludes courses).

COVID 19 UPDATE

With the governments easing of restrictions for the fitness industry we have put into place training following guidelines by CIMSPA and risk assessments carried out by Ian.  We have restarted both Personal Training and Group Training Sessions back up as well as continuing with online video sessions for your own time and small group online live sessions.

For Live Group Sessions and Personal Training Sessions

  • If you are suffering from any COVID19 symptoms you are asked not to attend any live sessons.

  • Please bring your own mats / towels / water bottles.

  • Please come and go respecting everybodies designated training areas and social distancing.
